D2 Technologies to Discuss Global RCS and VoLTE implementations at Rich Communications Summit

COO Doug Makishima will discuss benefits and implementation considerations when pairing VoLTE with RCS

The panel will also cover the challenges of adoption RCS is facing. Initial RCS-based services for consumers have not been as successful in terms of KPIs as the mobile operators had hoped and the services have been slow to roll out and interconnect. Additionally, Makishima will discuss how network and device APIs, along with cloud-based services can provide additional customer value and speed RCS deployment.
